SERVICE AGREEMENT – LEASING SOLUTION Last updated: [08.08.2025] Between the undersigned: AIFFIN SASU, a simplified joint-stock company, with its registered office at 10 RUE DE LA BOURSE, 75002 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number: 990 647 711, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, And [Client Name], born on [date], residing at [address], registered (if a company) under number [SIRET or identification number], hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, It has been agreed as follows: Article 1 – Purpose of the Agreement The purpose of this agreement is to define the conditions under which AIFFIN SAR provides the Client with a vehicle leasing solution intended for professional use (notably taxi or ride-hailing), including credit assessment, document management, and file tracking up to vehicle delivery. Article 2 – Services Provided The Service Provider undertakes to: - Provide an eligibility assessment platform based on Open Banking and public data; - Assist the Client in preparing their leasing application; - Offer a leasing solution adapted to the Client’s profile and use; - Coordinate vehicle delivery with its distribution partners. Article 3 – Client Obligations The Client undertakes to: - Provide accurate and complete information (identity, income, banking documents, proof of professional activity); - Use the vehicle exclusively for the declared purpose (taxi or other professional use); - Comply with the terms of the leasing contract that will be provided after approval. Article 4 – Financial Conditions Service fees, leasing terms, monthly payments, duration, security deposit, and other applicable fees will be specified in the leasing agreement signed between the Client and the leasing partner of AIFFIN SASU. Article 5 – Confidentiality & Personal Data The Service Provider undertakes to process the Client’s personal data in accordance with GDPR. The information collected is used exclusively for the execution of this agreement. Article 6 – Duration and Termination This agreement takes effect on the date it is signed by both parties and remains valid until the vehicle is delivered or the process is canceled by either party. In the event of early termination, AIFFIN SAR reserves the right to charge for incurred costs. Article 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Paris.
